GENERAL

β‘ Thank you so much for taking the time to read my T.O.S! β€ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions.β‘ Remember to be clear and detailed with your request (this way it will be faster for me to fulfill your order).β‘ Please be patient! I'll do my best to make sure you're satisfied with your commission. Checking all the little details can be a long and tiring process, but it's important to me to deliver high-quality work.β‘ I reserve the right to refuse commission for any reason.
PAYMENTS
β‘ After receiving your order, your payment must be completed. Once I received the full payment, I'll start working on your order.
REVISIONS AND PROCESS
β‘ I show wipβs, mainly at these phases: sketch, lines and final colors. That means you can check your commission and correct them at that time! (Be honest if there is anything you want to add or change in the process).β‘ If you want to take a look while Iβm working, Iβll gladly do, but you will not be able to make changes or corrections if you have already approved the sketch or line. Doing so will have an extra cost.β‘ Please try to answer any updates I send you in a timely manner. No progress will be made if the client doesnβt answer to updates.β‘ References: It is essential that you provide at least one (preferably several) visual references of your character(s). The same applies to pose(s), expression(s), and other details you wish to include in your commission.
DEADLINES
β‘ If you need your order completed by a specific date, please let me know BEFORE making payment. I need to confirm if I can meet the deadline and if any extra charges will apply.β‘ Each commission takes me beetween 4 days to month. In case of any change or situation I will always communicate any delay to the customer.
REFUNDS
β‘ No refunds are allowed once the order has been requested, without exception.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
β‘ You cannot claim my art as your own!β‘ Your commission can only be used for personal use (pfp, etc).β‘ Don't use the commission in any NFT/IA/Crypto purposes.β‘ The client may use the art produced in any way as long as it is not for monetary purposes or used commercially.
If you violate copyright in any way, any rights you have in the work will be revoked. The following is considered copyright infringement:
β‘ Taking own credit for the artwork.β‘ If you remove the watermarks/signatures.β‘ If you alter the artwork without my consent.

ADOPTABLES

β‘ Please follow all instructions underneath an adoptable post. I will usually ask that bids be made through comments, or on an external bidding site.
β‘ All adoptable payments are paid via Paypal or Transfer (MXN).β‘ Payment is expected within 24 hours after the end of auction. If is not paid within this time period, you will lose your claim on the adoptable.β‘ After purchase you will receive a full resolution file of the adoptable with a transparent background.β‘ I wil send the adopts on Toyhouse or gmail, if you bought the adopt without having a toyhouse profile, but then you make one, please put me in as the designer/creator of the adopt you bought. Diaren is my nickname. I check it often and I will authorize the credit as soon as possible.β‘ You may not claim to be the creator of the design, and you must credit me as the creator.β‘ Reselling and gifting are permitted as long as the adoptable is not sold for more than what you paid initially, unless it includes additional art.β‘ Once you purchase an adopt, it is yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes.β‘ My adoptables are not for commercial use unless the auction post includes an "autobuy" option explicitly stating commercial use rights.β‘ You are free to make minor changes to an adopt after you purchase it. The adopt must remain recognizable.
